Sale Tax
If we are shipping within the state of Illinois you will be charged 10.25% Sales Tax. There will be NO sales tax charged to deliveries OUTSIDE of Illinois.
Gift Wrapping
We are happy to wrap your gifts for you for FREE. Our recycled square box with silver embossing and colorful ribbon is well known in the Chicago land area. Just let us know it’s a gift.
Returns & Exchanges
Little Threads wants you to be 100% happy with your purchases on our site. Returns & Exchanges of FULL-PRICED items are welcome within 14 days of your purchase. We do this because you are not actually in our store to touch, feel and check for size. We allow 30 days for gift exchanges of FULL-PRICED merchandise. This gives new moms a little more time to make sure the gift is a good fit. Just include the original packing receipt along with the filled in return/exchange form. Your order will be processed as soon as it is received. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
When exchanging something you love, please note we have limited sizes. To ensure availability, you may want to call the store and we will pull your replacement pieces in advanced. You will be charged $5.00 if we are shipping exchanges back to you.
